I have been using these for about 6 months. I was apprehensive about purchasing these weights as I had never used adjustable weights. But the slider adjustment works easily. It only took a few minutes to feel comfortable switching the weight sizes.

I’m working on building strength and to be able to start at a low weight might seem too much day for most…I struggle with arm and hand strength with even 5lbs!! I can now work my way up gradually to keep as much muscle mass as I can now!
