These provide a great starting point for me to begin a new workout program. Being easily able to switch weights for different exercises is a huge quality of life improvement.

I love the streamlined design of these dumbbells. They are really easy to use and give me a lot of options for doing an upper body workout with variety without having to store a huge dumbbell set.

I have been using these for about 6 months. I was apprehensive about purchasing these weights as I had never used adjustable weights. But the slider adjustment works easily. It only took a few minutes to feel comfortable switching the weight sizes.

These are exactly what I needed. I can use the lighter settings for workout classes and I am building my strength with the 10 lb settings. I am looking forward to the point when that is too easy and I move up to the heavier weights.

These work perfectly and beats having a bunch of different sized weights scattered all over the place. It's fast and easy to change the settings and it's great having so many options.

This are by far the coolest easiest to use and store dumbbells we have ever run across. Our old set took up so much room having each weight amount on different bars.

I do intense workouts for my arms but when it comes to my back and shoulders I use lighter weights and using these is SO efficient handy and easy to use.

The dumbbells look and feel well built no complaints. Needed something to help rehabilitate upper body strength after being out of sports over COVID and these should do the job.

These are well made and easy to use. A bit of a life changer for me since our gyms have been locked down for the last few weeks. I can do about 80% of my workout at home now and do not regret this purchase. The slider's to adjust the weights work well and they take up little to no space in my den.

I liked how you opened the box and there was no assembly and so easy to use! I’m working on building strength and to be able to start at a low weight might seem too much day for most…I struggle with arm and hand strength with even 5lbs!! I can now work my way up gradually to keep as much muscle mass as I can now!
